Porsche have confirmed they will retain their two full-time line-ups in the 2016 World Endurance Championship.

Mark Webber, Brendon Hartley and Timo Bernhard will defend their title while Romain Dumas, Neel Jani and Marc Lieb will drive the sister car.

However, like Audi, Porsche will only run two cars in the Le Mans 24 Hours in a cost cutting measure, meaning only full-time drivers will race in the famous 24-hour race.

It means that the Le Mans winning trio of Nick Tandy, Earl Bamber and Nico Hulkenberg will not be able to defend their crown with Porsche, although the latter would have been unable to race due to a clash with the European Grand Prix in Baku.
